Reinforced transmission for the die-cut tool cylinder available for EMBA FFG 160&170 machines

To meet the demand for more complex and heavy die cutting our latest FFG 170 QS machines, from year 2007, are equipped with a new transmission for the D/C tool cylinder. The result of this has encouraged us to create an upgrade that is applicable to the existing machine.

• The transmission between the tool cylinder and the main drive will be upgraded.
• Enlarged one position clutch.
• Reinforced adjustable gears to reduce play and improve die cutting accuracy.
• Possibility to run heavier die-cut jobs.
